Booking Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Full Payment at Time of Booking

All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and allows us to schedule a technician to your location.


2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you choose to cancel your booking after payment has been made:

  • A fixed cancellation fee A$50 will be withheld from your refund.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • The cancellation fee covers our call-out preparation and administrative costs.

To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us as soon as possible.


3. What we offer

Our offer of service is very simple and should not in any way provide any confusion.


We generally only attend to automotive vehicles such as RV Caravan Motorhomes and Campervans and unlock at least one door for you to gain access.


We may be able to offer replacement keyless fobs, programming of keyless entry or key fobs depending on your vehicle manufacture and model and additional prices will be explained to the customer.  These additional services are not guaranteed and should not be assumed prior to or after an unlock service. Replacement remote fobs will be generic in appearance but will function normally what you would expect from the original, this is because there are so many different ones and can't stock them. We can order specific manufacturer key fobs at a later date upon request and cost accordingly.


We do not provide key cutting or anything else not explained here. Currently we can't provide cutting because we do not have the mobile cutting machine facility, if your are provided with a keyless entry remote fob(s) so that you can lock, unlock and start the engine, the metal key will remain blank until you can get to a key cutting store at your own expense. We do hope from 2026 to have key cutting mobile machine to provide the complete service. 


The technician will have lock picking tools that will not cause any damage or further damage to the lock, the technician will cease to provide service and render an unsuccessful attempt and will not exceed outside using such equipment to gain access. The timeframe for unlocking a door, if successful, could take a matter of minutes but if it can't be unlocked* after a reasonable amount of time, such as an hour, then it will be deemed as unsuccessful unlock attempts.


4. Unsuccessful Unlock Attempts

In the rare case that our technician is unable to unlock a door, you will be refunded the full amount excluding the call-out fee A$50.

This ensures we cover the technician’s time and travel expenses.


*Some examples of why a lock may not unlock can be down to broken key part inside, worn lock, debris dirt and this may not be diagnosed until the technician is onsite to discover this.
